Just a note i've fitted my 15" rega's et 45 and i needed 10mm wheel spacers and extended studs to clear the calipers. Freakyparts sells the hubcentric spacers for a very good price.
Also there is no issue with wheel weight fitment, there's loads of space with std wheels.
What exactly are you after? These calipers are completely different to standard EK9 calipers so the pad template is different too.
To fit them, you need calipers, brackets and pads to fit. I can supply all of these if you want them?
Just front Midlite calipers mate. just bought grooved discs (same dimensions as standard EK9 discs) and a set of Hamp pads you see... So was uust wondering how much you could do JUST the calipers for. But would have to be WITH pads now... P.M me if needs be dude.
Other options with the same performance?
Also, if you're buying a set of wheels, you'll have a set to sell
The difference between upgrading the pads and discs and a proper brake upgrade are worlds apart, as people who've already fitted a 4 pot upgrade can testify. The performance increase can easily make up a 30-40bhp difference on track as you can brake so much later and stay out much longer.
I guess it depends what you use the car for. If it's just a road car with the occasional spirited drive then a disc/pad upgrade will be fine. If you're more serious about getting on track one of the first upgrades that should be on the list is brakes along with suspension.
hello buddy i am really looking into a set of your breaks the only thing is do you do them to fit a ek4 4x100 cause dont have a 9 also do you know if they will fit under 15x6.5 et42 buddy club sf's? and what the total price would be for the caliper, carrier, the freddo pads and the braided lines?
