Hello.

I may be weird, but I have a weird dream of having brand new facelift EK9 headlights (the ones, that come in gunmetal chrome housing). I know they are still available brand new, but they only come for RHD markets. And since I live in a LHD market, that creates an issue.
I do have spare Valeo headlights from some kind of 99-00 Civic and my question is.... would the reflector from Valeo headlights fit directly to a Stanley (EK9) headlight? Or would it involve some machining of the reflector itself?
I tried finding info on this, but I doubt anyone has been willing to crack open a brand new EK9 headlight set just to get them legal in their country, lol.
If anything is unclear, I am talking about this part:

Any input would be appreciated.

So we tried this once before.

There is 2 headlight types
Stanley and valeo

You cant make 1 headlights using stanley and valeo as the internals are different shape and it wont come together together.
We tried this before.

Even tho they look the same they are different.

Any idea if this light will work as a donor?

If not, I have a guy in Sweden, who has factory Stanley LHD headlights and he is willing to sell me for parts. But new is new.

That one in the link says its stanley.

if you look at you current fitted headlights, it would be etched at the bottom of the headlight between the headlight and indicator section.
If its stanley it should work but i cannot be 100% sure.

LHD AND RHD layout could be slughtly different again on the inside.
