Hello i have a B16A2 and have found a TODA 4.2kg flywheel off a integra for £120.

firstly will it fit ok? Pretty sure it will.

Secondly is there much point will i see any difference if so what???

Thanks in advance:nice:

I installed on my EK4 a ACT flywheel Pro (4.1kg) and at the same time a full exhaust. The car was more violent in 1st and 2nd, but after, the effect was less noticeable.
Personally, I love it !

If that integra has a B engine it will fit, actually they are 4.1kg. I have one and love it, good price and great product.

i've found a kit from the states fidanza and exedy. Clutch and flywheel combo. Only thing is the flywheel is 3.4 kgs. Will that be crap on the road? This would be for racing surely?

i have that fidanza on my b16a2 drives fine slight judder sometimes if you dont change right but when you get the hang of it , it is fine

The engine will rev up quicker and more freely, also same for down changing, especially noticeable with heel & toe.

I like the aluminum flywheels due to their replaceable friction pad. But then again not many people intend to keep their cars for more than 2 - 3 clutch replacement cycles...nor do they use very abrasive clutch discs too.

As said in the other thread... lighter is better.... :)

iv have a fidanza 7.5lb flywheel on order for my sir....i put the same kit into a vti coupe for a fella on this site....ul get good accelaration from the flywheel cars revs a good bit quicker wit it.

what would be the general cost for a garage to fit a flywheel , is it a big job ?

about £200 ish seems to be the general. They are all telling me to do the clucth at the same time.:nice:

Except honda who wanted for labour only £435:shocked:

wheres the best place to get a lightened flywheel from? and which one is best suited to go with a standard clutch?

my engine has only done 23k! is it advisable to change the clutch now or not it seems to be ok?

thanks

best flywheel with stock clutch? I like Fidanza for its price and weight. Lots of reputable online retailers.

Your clutch will likely have another 100k in it, so I wouldn't be so quick to change it unless you were looking for something more aggressive.
