Hello everyone!
I need to ask what seems like a stupid question but I'm going to ask anyway, has anyone actually ever fitted just lowering springs to a 96-00 civic and had it sit nice all the way round? It seems to me they all end up lower at the front with little to no difference at the back, I've got an ek9 and eventually want coilovers on it with decent springs I wondered if anyone could suggest springs that would give me and even drop but also be good fit to coil overs after? Please help me :please:

Thanks, Nikola

have u put them the right way round and b series and d series lowering springs are different

spoon progressive spring are a good even spring to go with but if your going to be picky with the height your best bet is to wait and save for some decent coilovers meister R or bc racing ect ect that way its custom to how ever you want it height damping and spring preload.

coilover springs are different to plain lowering springs, they seat differently in the shocks.

Most spring sets designed to sit on standard or non-adjustable shocks will be lower at the front as in theory this helps to reduce understeer

Thanks guys! Since reading your replies I have looked into it and discovered that you can change.the spring from one weight to another so I'm going to go for coil overs straight away with softer springs to start with, thanks for all your advice :D
