you refused to sort your mess from day one, sold me ek3/ek4 suspension, plain and simple, i have no reason to lie and am known well by many on here, ill post pics of what you sold me
 
i am 100% certain i sent you ek9 suspension....! and im going to stick to my word, how do i know that your friend who took the parcel never switched them over, pics aint going to do no justice as a simple switch over of any old ek suspension in place of mine can be done.
 
were very well known on all forums, in person by many, ive no reason to lie, mate never opened box, i regret that now as would have know straight away, im gonna post pics of what i was sold,

never had any reponse from you bar initial pm so all pm's since have been ignored by you
 
The fact im being accused of screwing a mate over by switching some struts over makes me laugh, iceman is right i shud of checked the box wen it came, i could of confirmed the difference between advert pics and the rusty crap that came through. As said by iceman if it wasnt for the feedback your getting now you would of continued to ignore his pms. Why dont you explain that? Iceman removed and sold quantum struts from his car to go down the stock route, anybody in the know will realise these are struts which retail around the £1000+ mark. Hes not the type of person to start a fuss over £100 for nothing.

laugh if you want mate but i'm being dead serious anything could have happened in those few months, what you seen in the pics is what you were sent out you probably been been on here longer than me but i've been in the honda parts scene for the last 7 years mate and i know what im sending out,
 
ive been on longer than that and sold several sets of ek9 suspension, had ek9's and run ek9 stock suspension on my ek4 years ago so know exactly whats what even from just driving a car

sadly at time i had no time to break any cars so i had to resort to buying set but what a mistake as got some ek3/4 of you misold to me as ek9

you clearly would have known not ek9 suspension when taken of car (if that case) from how car sat
 
7 years and all of a sudden you become a honda wizard, didnt stop u from sending ek3 suspension, time for a refund this has been dragged on long enough
 
Absolutley disgraceful attitude, hopefully this is a lesson for everyone not to buy anything from u in future. The fact you ignored icemans pms and have no justification for it shows your devious way of dealing with people. Tut tut, if ur gona reply to this dont waste our time with idle usless lies and excuses and tell why u didnt reply to pms until this became official
 
wheather its a £1 or £1000 money aint the issue here you sent be a pm months after you recieved the item, i cant do nothing from here. the members that have bought parts off me know i aint no 1 day seller...i can offer you a another set of ek9 suspension when i get the next ek9 in thats the best i can do i aint here to argue or make excuses... im bigger than that,

ive bought set of another member already now who i knew i could trust, you can send me set when you get some though but i have feeling that will never happen
 
Bought an item from Eskay, but it without reading into, then later found it wouldn't fit...

Eskay was understanding and gave me a full refund, so thankyou very much...
