I have a problem...when my engine is cold, it stutters around 2000-2500rpm when i DON'T go full throttle. I already installed a new petrol filter. It does not stutter on full throttle, nor does it when the engine is warn. I also get an engine fault code and it's code 43 - fuel supply system. Anyone got an idea what it might be then?

Sparkplugs are only 15k km's old. Is there any way to check the injectors of fuel pump easily?

fuel injector(s)/bad sparkplug(s), fuel pump

does not sound like thats your problem. replace your o2 sensor. i have seen this happen before. fuel trim parameter is adjusted by the o2 sensor. dont go out and injector cleaner or anything else. 90% of time code 43 pops up its a bad o2 sensor.

Yeah, thats what I wanted to say also: the petrol mixture is extremely rich, I have backfires all the time. Which on itself is nice :p But not if the car runs like **** when it's cold and mileage decreases significantly :( But the o2 sensor would explain the running rich.

also could be fuel pressure regulator at fault,
could be sticking or vacume pipe leaking.

Putting her on a bridge coming monday to check out my lambda and the wire running to it under the car.

sounds like the plugs to me.
You telling me it are the plugs, after only 9k miles???

I've put back the original header....no leaks whatsoever and the sensor was brand new when I put it in. No problems anymore.

i got a d16 v tech with a td04 turbo whats the most ificion psi setting? its tuned to perfection but i barely got it from my bro so i dont really know much about it
