engine rpm suddenly screams...

if i press the clutch to change gear either gear up or gear down, rpm suddenly rise to 2500rpm...this really sucks as it will never comes down...this really a hassle if i caught in traffic jam...if i start morning everything's fine. but after that it happens.latest, during gear change the rpm kept running even i rise my feet!!!!!argh...so i have to change my driving style before i sent to my mechanic..but guys i need some info, what the hell is wrong with my car!is it because the throttle i open to much?or because the sensors are jammed?help me!i luv my car......

icv might need cleaning. dose it still do that at idle?

Check iacv and have a look at the throttle body butterfly flap when engine is hot to see if it's closing fully when u lift off accelerator.
