engine mount torque specs

Hi, does anyone know all of the torque specs for each of the 5 engine mounts on an EK9?

Bought a set of Spoon engine mounts today so would be nice to have all the specs for when i come to fit them

If you download the following workshop manual:

http://downloads.hondatech.info/Auto/Manuals/Civic/Ab0VE.Civic%20EJ6,%20EJ7,%20EJ8%20(96-00)%20Service%20Manual.zip

And go to page 107 (of 2189), you will find the values for a B16A2 engine.

I don't know if they are the same as the B16B, but I guess they won't be that different.
