Engine bay painting - Ideas **HELP**

I wanted to do graffiti on the engine bay but it's proving very hard to find some one to do it for me , so i was thinking oof doing some thing like the following

seen a bay done in black and white checkers

looked cool

but i prefer the clean colour coded shaved bays

bare minimum in the bay
 
^^x2 i think those pics dont look great, a shaved engine bay painted all the one colour is the nicest imo
 
have to agree, i'm a fan of the clean and simple engine bay in one colour. have to laugh at the mushroom filter on the second pic. legendary! lol. :lol:

nways a plain colored engine bay is 100% nice to look at IMO multi colored engine bay is not clean to look at..
 
i saw a bright green engine bay once the car was white and they did the wheels to match it looked pretty kool
 
cars in the pics look like lego brick cars!! Graffiti is an original idea, but then again i wouldn`t do it unless my car would be used for showrooms only.
 
sick bucket quick lol... i think graffiti is a sound idea. cant you find some stencils on the web and do some 'banksy' designs.???
 
hi there im a graffiti artist been writting for around 6 years . you should get on the graffiti forums and stick up an add , youll get someone willing to paint the bay easy . I think its a great idea especially with a tuck . ive done a good few bonnets for people . where abouts are you based I know a good few graffers dotted around the UK and could find you the forum people will use in your area .

Got any samples of your work Mark? Used to graf a lot when I was younger - still love to see work now!

thats weird so was i, never knew you were into that mark, well i've been out it for years now but as JSB said its still cool to see some good pieces and that.

I believe it is , it was quite a while back it could be airdrie , used to have alot in btyre being the local park .
 
I'd love to have some sort of work done on the underside of the bonnet, i think it would look great. depending on what sort of look is intended:nice:
