Emisions on ek9??

Well Lads im having problems with the emissions on my car! I put it through the nct and it failed on this the frist time!!!so i changed the cat and put a different lambo sensor and put on the full standard exhaust and it failed the second time! I was just wonderen wud the apiex neo have anything ta do with it! R wud ye have any ideas lads ta wat it is? Thanks :))
 
theis are the results lads!! Low idle(1,040rpm) CO was 6.12vol% / HC was 618ppm

High idle(2,780rpm) Lambda:0.72 CO was 10.26vol% / HC483ppm

Any1 any idea??
 
Yeh the apexi neo would most likely have something to do with it. Can you disable it and just run the stock ecu ? You should fly threw the emisions test then.
