well went and picked up the ek9's replacement yesterday down in Birmingham and am over the moon with it!

originally imported by litchfield, different exhaust was fitted on import and mapped so it's running 300bhp / 320lbft, immaculate inside and outside

love it :)

few more photos after a quick wash today, fired my broadway rear view mirror on and removed the club stickers from the rear side windows

that is a nice car man. would suite my family needs down to the ground ha.

Thats lovely!!

What mpg are you gettin? I had an sti wagon but had to sell it as was only gettin 18-20 mpg

was super quick tho :)

Nice as above carnt be getting alot mpg?

But who cares looks mint and bet it goes well ;)

Looks really nice got it in the best colour. Take it your leaving this one as is and using the money to run and service it every 6months? My Subaru cost me loads to run and maintain it was pushing out 362bhp and £20 of vpower would last 2 hours on a sprinted run, was fun though :))

not that bad on fuel tbh, got 340 miles out a tank sitting at 85/90 the whole way up the road, it's a 6 speed and has slightly longer FD than the impreza STi

can't see it costing much more to run than the civic! just had all discs and pads done, car is very tight to drive and the only thing that showed up at its mot this week was a drop link needing done :)

besides, i can easy afford to run it, bought it for it's practicality!

Looks real nice! Like you say bought it for its practicality, you can get everything you nees in the back when you go for a ride or go boarding! How much did it set you back? If you dont mind me asking

Sweet motor man, looks really aggressive, quite rare to see these about in the UK.

Was looking at this on pistonheads lol.

TD05 20g , 3'' turbo back , injectors , fuel pump , intake and remap will see near 400hp / 400ft/lb's... destroy anything on a b-road

Oh my days child! I always thought the older model was a bit **** looking, but that is lookin boss! How is it? Dont suppose you fancy stickin a video up do You?

Nice one Steven. My mate has one of these, we use it a lot for when we are out on the bikes. Brilliant for space whilst maintaining that grunt/speed. :nice:

few more photos added!!!

no plans really, just enjoy it and keep it mint / well serviced for now :)

that has to be one of my favorite cars ever:nice: Still a big change from the CTR

if your running the same turbo as my hawkeye sti type uk (not sure for the jdm version) a 3" turbo back decent cold air feed setup, panel filter and a change up in heat grade of plugs and a wee trip to andy forrest should see around 360bhp and 390lb/ft torque at which point the turbo is the bottleneck the top mount intercooler is actually very efficient up to 400bhp.

yeah seen people running about that power on the standard turbo and 3" turbo back exhaust even with a sports cat!

for now though, it's plenty quick for what i need :)

my mate has used Andy Forest to tune his last 3 type R imports and been spot on for each!
