ek9 running dangerously lean.

power fc is very good option, youll then have full tuning ability for your car

hi lads, have yet another problem. Got car dyno'd recently and I was told it is running lean between 5500 6500 revs. He couldn't tell me why it was running lean so looking to find a reasons. I've put aem fuel rail and regulator on it but still not sure wat its like. What bout fuel pump, it'd be under more pressure around vtec so maybe fuel pump faulty? Or dirty fuel filter?

are yoy runing obd2 or od1? do you have cat?

I tune many hondas with both the Power FC , S300 or KPro
The Stock Honda ECU is a very nice piece of kit and will retain many factory settings such as cold start etc etc

If you can get a POWER FC cheap then go for it otherwise you can simply use your stock ECU and have the engine tuned with this great tool.

get you dyno sheet scanned up and posted and perhaps I can help to identify how your fueling should be.

Hi, I'm after gettin a fairly cheap power fc the other day. Savin up few quid to get it mapped. I'll scan the dyno sheet tomorrow so ya can see it. With the power fc in, the engine light flickers between 5000 and 6000rpm, is this the o2 sensor showin its runnin lean?

no

Engine Knock (unless your maxing your injectors or your map sensor which on your particular engine model is VERY unlikely unless your running a Turbo kit in which case you'd be running an additional map sensor with the power fc on a Honda)

NOT good mate. gimme a shout if you get stuck.

Shame your not close by otherwise id say drop by and id take a look for you.
