I think I have done this. Not 100% sure (I'm not really computer minded lol)

in google mail I think you just need to open the mail in the spam mail box, and up you'll see the NOT SPAM button, just click on it and thats it

Recently just on this forum every few minutes when change pages it temporary stops and I have to click recover webpage to start browsing on here again. Only seems to happen with this forum though.
