EK9 ECU's - Are they P28?

Basically as title, wanting to buy this:

HONDA1 - Honda ECU Chipping Kit [HONDA1] - $16.00 : Moates.Net

Once this is installed my friend can map it to spec with Chrome.

But you could buy a p28 ecu and get a conversion harness

p28 runs 0bd1

ek9 pre-facelift is obd2a
facelift is 0bd2b

so depending on if you have pre or facelift them get a p28 ecu and get either obd2a - obd1 or
obd2b - obd1 conversion harness
