You write well in english don't worry.
I don't recommend to install a ek9 ecu to a ek4 since in my "personal opinion" the stock ek9 ecu doesn't do the job. Don't throw your money on that ecu and instead; install a fully programmable ecu, like a hondata s300 for example.
And yes, the ek9 ecu is limited to 180 km/h.
Thanks for the fast reply,it is because on my ek4 i have installed an ek9 cluster,b18 intake manifolds and ek9 cam and maybe with the stock ek9 ecu i can gain more rpm than a standard ek4 ecu and the speed on cluster is no correct with ek4 ecu, when i'm 100km/h the gps told me i'm 83 real km/h,maybe with ek9 ecu this problem goes out.
If that not cost me so much,s300 are the best however.
My original cluster is in km/h but even my ek9 cluster is in km/h but the speed is not correct ,it is maybe because the ek4 cluster is 220km/h and the ek9 is 180km/h?Your ek4 original cluster was on MPG (miles) or KMH (kilometers) ?
How much does a honda s300 cost you?

S300 with a good ecu in Usa cost me around 700$! It is too expensive.
Yeah i know that can be not 100% correct the speed on cluster,i keep that in my mind but i think if i can change the ecu maybe the speed is come ok! When i have some money to spend i will buy a p28 ecu with s300 with the last version, but i think anyway for gain the good power of that ecu i must find people that can working on it because one friends of mine have an dc2 and he have changed the stock ecu with p28 chipped s300 but the people that have worked on it doesn't maked a good work and he lost hp than a stock ecu
Hi John, how are you? do you have again that ECU?I'm trying to remember what ECU I used with my B16A1 / EK9 Cams / Raised compression.
Pretty sure it was an ek9 one, and pretty sure it idled rough but otherwise ran well.
