Hello.
My name is Vid, I come from Slovenia. I've been reading this forum for quite some time now.
Finally decided to show you my car.
I've had it since 2010 and made a lot of things to it.
It was originaly a ej9 but I did the engine swap and sorted all the paper work so it's road legal, my country has some rather strict laws against car modifying.

Some of the more interesting things:
engine:
b16a2 (recently rebuilt)
itr 4-2-1 exhaust manifold
skunk2 megapower 60mm with custom 60mm decat
tegiwa direct air flow pipe
skunk2 LMA kit
mishimoto alu radiator
tegiwa silicone coolant hoses
exedy oem spec. clutch

suspension:
h&r -35mm springs
kayaba excel-g shocks
skunk2 front strut bar
d2 rear strut bar
front ek4 26mm anti-roll bar
asr subframe brace with ek9 anti-roll bar
energy suspension black bushings all-round

brakes:
front itr calipers with ebc yellowstuff pads

wheels:
rota torque 15" with bridgestone potenza re002

hello.
I've bought a used pair of front lower control arms and got them sand blasted, than zinced and finally powdercoated in black :).

And just a photo my friend took as we were installing the new shocks and front lower control arms with new energy bushings.

drives like a champ' now ;) really was worth the investement in kyb gas shocks as they are 10-15% harder than stock.

c&c welcome :)

nice car dude, engine bay is so clean, did you get hardship fitting that asr brace? i fitted one to a mates eg and it was a pig to fit

I've been working on the car a little in the past week.
Got myself a tegiwa direct air flow pipe in kevlar and decided to weigh the stock resonator and the kevlar pipe.
Here are the results in grams.

a weight difference of about 1 kilogram (2,20 ibs). Performance wise, the throttle response is a bit better and the engine makes a little stronger/deeper sound. Cant really tell, because of the skunk catback :)).

The other thing is the exhaust manifold. Replaced my stock vti manifold with a itr (b18c6) one. It needed some modifying to fit, then wrapped it in ebay heat wrap.

It's a bit better on the mid rev range. Will probably get it dyno-ed later this year :).

Hello.
We've had a annual honda meeting here in Slovenia. Every year we meet here, have a car show and drive a little time attack on a go-kart track.
Here are my 2 laps. (we drove one sighting/warm up lap and then 2 fast laps because of the short track. Everyone enjoys a little more track-time :) )

Finished 11th of approx. 45 cars. Didn't get to drive a second time because it started raining.
Hope you like the video :)

C&C welcome
