Good day to everyone.

I would like to seak advice if anyone had an issue with their ek9 same to mine.

Its shows black smoke when im driving downhill when i put my foot on the throttle. (some times it doesn’t)

It shows black smoke aswell when the vtec is engage.

Car has done 100,000 kilometers spent the passed 3 years on the garage.

Hope someone can give some advice on this issue.

Thank you.

Details of the car

Still most oem parts like headers, intake manifold.

Mugen Twinloop and whale ***** intake ngk leads, Ngk iridium spark plugs

last spark plug was burnt but its dry. i hardly used the car after i changed the spark plug last year.

Regularly service just had it service last August with motul 5-40 oil . i drove it around maybe like 300kms since then when i check the oil its about 3/4

No leaking found on the engine and on my garage theres no leaking.

When warming up the engine shows white smoke coz its bit cold in my country. but when its sunny day it doesnt show white smoke. when the engine is hot after i rev it blow black smoke but when im driving it doesnt just mainly when i drive down hill when i put my foot up and gently step on the gas it will blow black smoke.

Upon warming up the engine when i rev it some black water/moisture goes out from the exhaust.

Pcv valve has been replaced valve stemseals has been done
Timing has been done

Hope someone can give me some ideas what to check before i start buying parts like the sensors , afr and new injectors

Thank you

Is the ECU standard?
Dark smoke means rich Air/fuel mixture.
Check as well lambda sensor, as car was stopped long time, usually lambda sensor gets damaged due to lack of use and oxidation. Bad lambda sensor may cause AFR troubles.
