ECU help

i have a ek9 with a 98 spec integra b18c

i was told it has a mugen ecu.vtec cuts in at 5000rpm

here is some pictures.can anyone confirm that this is a ek9 or dc2 ECU

i was told it was a mugen ECU.the vtec cuts in at 5000rpm.is that right enough or was it just remapped do you think?
 
and also what number should be on the head if its a 98 spec dc2

mine says PR3-4
 
take a pic of the ECU from above. The eeprom could have been removed and re-flashed but a commonly pirated program like the mugen one is nothing special. and for your reference the ECU would say 'PCT' instead of P73 if it was a EK9 ecu
 
what about the head code?

is it a 98 spec b18c?

Well Mugen ecu also uses JDM ITR ecus. Normally they would have the mugen ID number for each ecu and mugen stickers to go along... Otherwise it could just be Mugen chipped.

anyone know what if the head number matches a 98 spec b18c?
