Update 28/02/10
Had a fair few parts arrive over the last weeks for my track prep... still not got round to fitting any of them yet as I'm waiting for my Safety Devices rear half cage to arrive.
Schroth Profi II - 4pt ASM II FE Harnesses
Went for these for a variety of reasons... they are Road legal and FIA approved and have Schroth Anti Submarining... this vid explains it better than I can:

And they look the dogs which helps
New brakes all round... Dixcel Discs & Pads, HEL Braided lines and RBF600 fluid:
Rear strut (thanks to iceman):
Spoon ECU - don't know how this is not fitted yet...

How much do SPG's weigh? seem quite popular on here! I was shocked how much the standard recaros weigh when i took mine out!
Fitted my ultra racing rear strut yesterday and spoon ECU last week, love them both! such noticiable differences. Have got new discs / pads / lines and rbf600 all to do before 'ring too !
