Drain channels?

Noticed that the drivers footwell carpet is getting wet. Already checked the seams and put a hose over the car only to find that I couldnt see where the water was coming in. The car hasnt been used much so its getting wet when parked up its only noticeable when there is very heavy prolonged rain or melting snow.

Are there drain channels under the scuttle? I'm thinking they may be blocked with either crud or ice if there are? Anybody had this issue and cleaned them (if so how) or had a similar problem?

If anyone has a guide to sorting this it would be appriciated. Cheers folks.

My Door mirrors leak water down my door cards sometimes...

Its got to hav been rainnig extremly hard for it to do it..

Dont make my carpet wet yet so im leaving alone for now

There are drains in the scuttle but in pritty sure the exit is under the front wings in the far corners....

And the sunroof drain goes to the back of the car ...

If its not to much trouble for u id take the sill panel trims and the try rolling the carpet back and trying the hose again....

Its a nightmare finding water leaks!!!!!!

I kind of do it for a living being a mechanic..... worst fault to find ever!!!!
