Don't Buy from IBC Japan ltd. IBC Japan Review


I removed my email and name just for security reasons lol! I think I will make a post of all the emails they sent me, with stupid excuses, They clearly said, once the car ships, they don't care, in my case they took 6 MONTHS to send me my car, my question is ....

Where was my car during the six months ??? at a abandoned yard? where ??? 4 wheels + tires, and other accesories where stolen.. WHERE ??? during the 6 months my car was SOMEWHERE ???

Just to let you know, when this happen, other people where also affected , some of them my friends, who got in trouble with his customers, for my car they took 6 months to send it , for a friend it was 8 months.

I paid for a freight to Guatemala, but my surprise was when I received and email telling!

Your car shipped! to MIAMI USA!

I was like WTF ???

My car arrived to Miami and took them 1 month to send my car!

Miami IBC Japan offices are run by Donkeys, (sorry donkeys for saying this) but they didn't solve me anything at all, I got the original B/L of my car just because a chick a the shipping company helped me.

Also I forgot to mention, the IBC Japan donkeys of Miami, sent me a Invoice, with NO INVOICE NUMBER!!!! lost 3 days because of this!

No one, in Guatemala buys from IBC Japan any cars right now.

I just can't get it!! What kind of dreams IBC Japan makes in order to survive?? What kind of stupid policy is that?? In every transaction they loose a customer!! Well done IBC!! (Incapable forBusiness Corporation) :woot:

What A pack of B*****D'S I figure that its the staff at IBC that are taking stuff off the cars:mad: Did you seek any legal advise?

The whole story here is the reason why i did the import myself. all the three swiss import companies are down now or have problems with the law yet, so best is to do it yourself. i needed about 6 weeks from payment until i got the car in germany, than i did drive it home to switzerland and made the whole tax VAT thing within two days without done something like this before. only thing need to do is a good research so you know what you'll have to doo. for sure it wasn't my last import car ;)
 
Damn, I even got a christmas cars from my export agent in Japan, Wishing me a happy christmas and saying if I ever come over to japan to contact the company. Very kind.
 
All these horror stories. Not good. We have imported 5 cars from IBC. Infact one just landed yesterday. Never had any problems. But after seeing all this I think we will look for other companies just to be safe.

really glad i found this url. won't be buying from them for sure.
