How difficult is it to install these on a pre-facelift EK9? Been offered some at a very good price :D

They use 300mm discs so you would need 16" wheels. Other than that I wouldn't know much else. I'd imagine it wouild be possible with the right bracket machined up.

I dont think they are worth it. I have both ek9 with spoon calipers and dc5r with their brembos.

When i upgraded the pads on both cars. The discs are bigger on the dc5r but The pads on the ek9 has slightly more surface area than the dc5r. Meaning ek9 pads are bigger

Stock type r calipers would work just as well.

My ek9 kills the dc5r in breaking performance.

Just stick some carbone Lorraine pads in then you'll out brake any brembo! The difference is phenominal! :nice:

Just to revive this thread,
im going to be running DC5 brembo's on the front of my car with EK9 front brakes at the rear.
Im looking for Carbone lorraine pads for the DC5 but i cant find any online.....
Is the DC5R brembo calipers the same as other brembo calipers such as the evo 7 or evo8 calipers....
Any help is greatly appreciated here guys.
Thanks.
