Thanks Gents
Here is some on the EK4Dr:
On the Ring:
Very good factory blueprint, notice high and flat torque for stock B16A2
Some details to the car:
This is actually the first LHD EK4 in Europe, 95' pre-production model for certification only.....never ment to go from Honda to public, but I got my hands on it because the Honda dealer in Belgium, that was ment to keep and allowed to drive the car, went bankrupt and sold the car anyway. So I got my hands on it and imported the car to the netherlands.
Mods I did sofar:
EK9 suspension
DC2 subframe
DC2 front upper strutbar
DC2 front lower strutbar
MC2 front swaybar with MG ZS bushings
MG ZS quickratio steering rack L2L 2.69
MG ZS front lower arms & ball joints
MG ZS steering arms
SPC caster/camber upperarms with MG ZS alignment
MG ZS trailerarm bushings
ASR rear brace
EK9 rear swaybar
16" Enkei Ep3 Reps
15" Mini R81 Imola (because the weigh only 5.4kg's)
15" TD Pro Race 1.0
EK9 downpipe + midpipe
DC4 rear silencer
J's racing decat
K&N drop in filter
B&M FPR + Gauge
EK9 frontlip
EK9 frontbumper (had a EK9 grill too but sold it in favour for the large "H")
Coupe rear bumper
VTi-S 4dr rearlip
M3 E46 trunklip
4dr Window visors
EK9 cluster
Type R steering wheel (actually now ATR)
EK9 shiftboot
ATR shiftknob
DC2 quickshifter + linkage
EK9 cupholder
I was inspired to mod with several MG ZS parts after testdriving a few, they drove fantastic through the corners even without lsd, basically because the Honda suspension geometry was finetuned with more caster, so I wanted my ek4 to steer and handle like one.
Before the EK4 4dr I had a mint EK4 3dr.....sold it with only 24Tkm(!) on it (also because I wanted a 4dr...I have kids):
