Complete Torque Settings - B18C

Hi people, i'm looking for the complete torque settings for a B18c engine build. Any other info feel free to throw in

Are you using arp rod bolts ?

It has crossed my mind as i've read its a must when rebuilding - Would you advise ARP rod studs and ARP main studs then? Do you know where sells them?

this is english spec integra type r (b18c6)but same as jap im sure... be carefull because we dont have micrometer each number has diff torque
taken from autodata
cant find big ends for some reason

mains
stage 1// 25nm
stage 2// bearing caps 1 + 5 73nm
stage 3// bearing caps 2,3,4 64nm

clyinder head
stage 1 10nm
stage 2 29nm
stage 3 85nm
ever increasing circle starting center back

oil pump to cylinder block(need new bolts)
M6 = 12nm
M8 = 22nm

flywheel
103nm

clutch pressure
25nm

camshaft carrier cap
M6 = 1onm
M8 = 26nm

cam gears
66nm

Excellant guys, exactly what i was looking for.

If you got those settings for Autodata then it wont list the bigends as it says use gauge to measure how much the bolt stretches, so ive been told. not sure exactly how that works to be honest.
