close ratio set-up

my car 220whp use for drag race 400m.
what is the best gear ratio should i use.
now my gear s4c fd4.4 ,1st gear mfactory 3.070.
2,3,4,5 sandard gear ratio.

what size tires? What rev limit?

tires 195 55 15 semi slick only can use.

3rd - 1.695
4th - 1.384 (Slight modification required to transmission casing when installing 1.384)
5th - 1.130

With the 1.384 in 4th, you'd be able to hit 115mph theoretically. With only 220whp, it's tough to get 110mph as it is....then again I don't know what your car weighs.
