Hi everyone
Just thought I would make a build for my Jordan, I have had to car for 2 months now. This is the day I got her:
Needs a few wee things like fog lights to fill the holes in the bumper and stuff but nothing major, clean shell and underneath is solid!
When I got it, it was near standard apart from an exhaust off ebay, a tow hook and lowered on Eibach springs! Car came with alot of history, folders full of receipts and all keys and fobs!
Also a dyno sheet with just the exhaust and panel filter 172 bhp is not bad:
So after a week or so of driving it I started to put some mods of my own.
Got a whales shlong intake off my friend for a good price
Quick wash:
Some LCA's:
Then a skunk2 weighted gearknob
Also some 3k HID's (some people like it some dont, personally I love it suits the car I think)
Another little pic before the first EK9 meet I went to up in Edinburgh was a good night.
Then I was on the look for a decent exhaust to replace the system I had.
Seen Rambo was splitting his EK3 that had a Skunk2 Megapower on it and managed to buy that. Gave it a clean up and fitted it.
Next in line was a new manifold and decat. My mate willie yau was selling some parts off his dc2 so I went and bought his 98spec manifold and decat. Also got some heatwrap of Dave some pictures!
and finally got it fitted
Very pleased with the results of it Would like to get it dyno'd too see if there was any real improvement but it certainly feels like there is on the road!
Now some cleaning for the meet at Glasgow Quay with a few mates at my house:
Markp teg
My car at the meet. Thanks Rippu for the awesome pic
Then today was my friends house to clean his skyline and give it a quick polish, we decided to take my aircon out and fit some bonnet raisers to the Jordan (Not to everyones taste but I like the look and helps keep the engine bay a bit cooler)
His Skyline:
Carbon
Bye bye aircon
Bonnet raised (not the best pic sorry)
So next I will be cleaning the engine up to get all the grease away. Hope to order my machine polisher soon and do the whole car as I had a shot of my friends and we done the bonnet and it came up a treat!
Looking for new wheels, 9 spoiler and a few bits painted again like the lip and arches.
Hopefully this year I will be looking to either B20 it or just drop a B18C in it but I have not decided yet. For now I am happy with it.
Comments welcome it is a work in progress and I will keep this updated with anything new.
