Civic Jordan #228 (B18C track build)

Plan is to get my splitter mounted today!
 
Straight home from work tonight and will start trimming the other 2 then I will upload them. Fingers crossed anyway.

Can't wait till next time out. GoPro is such better quality than this crap camera I'm using :(

Didn't get time to mount it tonight but pulled off all the old brackets and the old airdam I had on it.
Both of the new brackets are less than half the weight of one of my older ones!
Fresh coat of black weatherproofing and hoping to have it fitted tomorrow now.
 
So I was back out on track on Thursday night with the boys from Monster Unit.

Was a good night and the car was faultless all night. Started off really wet but dried up half way through the night and I managed to pick up the pace :) best lap of the night was a 64.84 which was very close times to cars with nearly double my power etc.. I still know of a few places I need to work on to shave some more time off :nice:. The aim for next year is to try get a 60-62 second lap.

Anyway here is some pictures from various different photographers that were there.

Here is some footage from the camera I had facing out the rear window. Sadly the GoPro facing forward had an error :)

First video it was still quite wet but had a few laps with my mates R34 GTR. I get faster as the night goes on in the other videos :)

Yeah was pretty good, a lot of red flags and a lot of traffic on track at time tho which means getting a clear lap was hard! When you back out?
 
Yeah not great when there's too many on at the same time, I'll be on the next MU one mate and hopefully just a random open one too asap

Next MU one is reverse direction isn't it? I'm going to do a couple of random open nights as well in the hope that they aren't as busy :)

Will do. Waiting to see what funds are like after I bought the parts and paid this months bills before I book up but hopefully it will be soon :)

Was going good, happy with my lap times anyway. Just need to work on a few bits next time.

Yeah the camera not working really annoyed me tbh :( need to get it sorted for next time!

Wasn't that 64.84 lap with a weight ballast? Me in other words :lol:

Yeah it does pretty well on track. Car has a lot more to give as well I just need to learn better lines and to push it more lol!

Correct the fastest lap I done on the night was with you mate :nice: must have gave me some good luck as we got a few clear laps in!

Yeah it's changed a lot, nearly 3 year since I got it.

Once I sort this GoPro out then I will get some videos :nice:

Good to see your back on the forum and looking for a Honda :D
