It's not Japan, look at the flag in the background. It could be some country in Asia though.
 
It must be a country where you dont have to run a front plate as the Skoda on the left hasnt got one on as well as most of the civics

Thank you for pointing that out. Just checked, that flag isn't the Puerto Rican flag. Anybody esle know what country this is?

lol lol spanish is spanish don't matter where you go........
this is so funny just like when people here in the states ask me where im from and i tell them EL SALVADOR..they say..."so how do you like AMERICA" and im like..as far as i know AMERICA is the whole continent not just USA.....

but anyways back to topic....really cool picture
