And is it as simple as just changing cams by them selves or do I have to change springs n valves and stuff... Also if there's any other cams out there u would suggest it wud be a great help! Plz give me as much info as possible!

Std valves springs retainers would be fine with ek9 cams. its when you go with really aggressive cams you need to worry, and over 9200rpm. ish.

Ek9 cams are inexpensive too I believe.

personally..i would change springs and retainers even for ek9 cams..so you can rev higher..safer

mate if you want performance, leave the engine alone and mod the box. trust me!

I'm wanting to put a 4.7 fd in it aswell while its off the road! So I'll be workin on both this winter! And hopefully have a bit more power *** the summer! :)

if you plan on NOT going over 8500 revs, you can actually take your current intake dual springs and put them on the exhaust side and purchase new ITR/CTR intake dual spring and retainers... for the intake side. get new retainers and keepers too. as far as cams, CTR make a huge difference from B16A and GSR/SiR cams, great OE upgrade.
