Central Locking Relay/Fuse

got a problem with my central locking (seems alot of people get it) have had the door cards off today and i have put a volt meter across the plug on the passenger side door and there are no volts getting to it by the looks of things. suspecting either a relay or a fuse as next thing to check?

anyone got any idea where the relay/fuse are as the interior fuse box guide is in the old jap lingo?

relay wise should i be looking for a green box in the drivers door.just read another post about the same sort of thing?

oh this ones common as muck. i belive theres a few articles on hondatech.com about central locking. its not to hard to fix.
