Car wont start? Immobiliser?

Hey all, having a bit of trouble getting my car to start.. I tried starting it after literally just driving it 10 minutes before and now it wont start It has a toad immobiliser, when I turn the ignition on I then press unlock to turn off the immobiliser and then turn the key fully. That final step just a clicking and hum sound and then nothing I disconnected the battery for a few hours and then tried again, same thing

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated! need it for work tomorrow lol...

hi, check your battery, maybe it is to low. If batery is OK, then you should check the starter. I had the same problem few days ago.

exactly as mentioned above . sounds like your battery is flat or your starter motor has packed up .

Cheers, people ill have a gander, hopefully it is just battery.. dont really have the time to do a starter motor atm

if not check your solinoid might be that aswell if it was your immobliser you wouldnt hear anything

Keep us updated .

Starter motor will take you around 15 mins to change

90% its battery...Bring battery to some shop for test and recharge. If not and you decide to check the starter, just remove starter by yourself (its very easy, just 2 bolts and 2 connectors) bring it to some garage and do the maintenance. (this is much cheaper than hook car or call specialist to come to your place) Mine was ok, just one beraing fas quite dry. The guy told me it is like new (car have 190k km).
