So after more investigation of the water leak I think its coming from the seam sealer, going to try and seal it from the outside failing that remove the dash and seal it from there.
Been doing quite a lot of work on the car to get it undersealed as I wanted to do it properly due to having such a clean base to start with so here are a lot of pics showing the process, sorry in advance if loads of pics annoy you :/
Removed bumpers, skirts and arch liners:
Jet washed under side of car and cleaned all arches out,
Put in the body shop to dry out for a day and a bit and masked up:
Thanks mate . Tbh if i was allowed to do homers or do mates cars etc i would. Fairly enjoyed doing this today. Going to remove interior quarter trim panels on monday and do the inside of the quaters to

Little update on the water leak front, I have found the source by removing the heater box behind the glovebox, and sealed it up, not the tidiest but was hard to access and was running out of time due to doing it on my lunch break, hopefully it will fix it though, few pics as usual
Left the carpet peeled up by the ecu as its raining and probably will be over night so will check in the morning and fingers crossed it will be nice and dry
Top guy ricky (eternal blue 2000) hooked me up with these
And the great guys at driftworks sorted me out with these and a pack of haribo
Was checking out the coilovers and realised the spring rates on the front are 11kg as apposed to the 9kg advertised on the website, turns out I got the new revised units, so that cant be a bad thing
Nice EK9 I've got the HSDs and BWR Billet LCAs as well, good choice did DW give you a wee treat? I was more happy with that than the coilovers when I got them haha
Got round to fitting the coilovers and lca's today, also replaced the thermostat with an oem one as the previous one was stuck open. As this is going to be the mrs' car I thought she may as well learn how to work on it so decided today was the perfect opportunity to teach her A few pics from today, apologies for the quality :/
