Blue EJ9 to Milano Red EK9 REP. Rolling BSWAP project.


I always like the red 98 spec DC2s when I had my white one, there was a chap with a red one with red te37s, looked spiffing.

Yeah they are really nice....
I've got one saved on my phone in red. They look so good! :D Champ white tho is an equally nice colour. :D
 
So quick update.
I've bought 4 new RSR's for the civic but instead of the normal 195/45/15 I went for 205/50/15 which meant I had the raise the car up quite a lot to stop the tyres scrubbing which has made for car actually feel a lot better. :)

Also I've had a new exhaust as my old one was blowing, tracking, spark plugs and tracking after this I am skint so I am doing old little cheap job to tidy it up/keep to clean. Today I cleaned all my inner arches, they were so filthy was not good. This is what they looked like.

Looking great :D I need to give my EK9 a good bit of TLC after the winter. Waiting for a warm day when I'm off work to do it...

Ive been meaning to do it for ages.
I was doing this in the rain so wasn't ideal. Haha.
 
Yeah it's the hardest part getting round to doing it! Haha that's committment for sure. Hopefully be dry this weekend so I can give it a deep clean :) keep up the good work ;)

Are those drums on the back? I know you said you wer broke but next mod id recomend would be Sir Breaks all round. :nice:

Be way safer and nicer for backroads :naughty:

What exhaust you get?
 
I always clean my two every week, rain or not... But that's because I'm nuts.

Yeah I no what you mean they are rather chunky but I spend £250 on them now hahaha and I does make it drive nice :)

They are drums.
I've got ek4 discs on the front and ek4 rear disc conversion with the brakes in my garage I just haven't fitted them yet as it's a big job for a learner. I will get around to it when I book some time off work :D

I've got a spoon n1 rep.
Not a proper one but they were so much money.

Thank you. I do love my grids... They do a grid v drift one now which look amazing tbh. :)

I just find it a pointless task when it's raining as it just gets filthy again straight away. Can't polish it in the rain either :D
 
Not wheels off, both my EK9 (if it leaves the garage, doesn't often) and my Astra 150 cdti. Always clean them weekly.
