best gauge power source

gauge installed on right side of cluster, what is best place on ek to connect power and earth wires from this location ?

i have abolutely no idea when it comes to electrics, i assume you mean fuse box behind little opening half way down to right of steering wheel, what type of connectors should i buy for the wires (have 1 red and 1 black wire) and i assume theres spare slots in fuse box to slot them in ?
 
red to a 12v power source at fusebox (use a voltmeter to figure out which one has 12v one will have constant one will have 12v when ignition is on and one will have 12v when headlights are on use a spade connector to connect to the fuse box and ground the black wire under the dash to a good ground then you are ready to go depending on where u tapped into 12v will determine weather the ignition or the headlight switch will control your gauge power ........good luck!
