Best cam's to go with stroker kit?

As the header say's!
I am looking at getting the spoon stroker kit and want some advice on what cam's to go for to get the best performace out of my car!
My car is a daily drive but i want best performace but reliabilty as well!
Any advice welcome!

jugbugz started a thread EXACTLY like this some time ago, it got pretty crazy and im not sure if we came to a conclusion, but he ended up believe that toda SPEC A was a good choice. look up the thread it should be a good read, ill try and find it later...
