Yeh, I've just been through a PayPal Claim for a book from eBay, it seems to drag on forever :((

sounds to me like you need some grammer lessons.

mitch's opinion counts for more than yours as he's been on here for a lot longer and is a trusted member with something to contribute to this site, from your previous posts it looks as if your only on here to buy stuff.

I sent him a message, hopefully he will respond or we can ban him, he only uses the forum for selling his crap so not really a valued member... That's not to say i will step in everytime there is a seller/buyer dispute, just everythread this user ever created was a FS thread so technically they need paid Vendor Status.

IMO any painted second hand parts should always be assumed they will need painting. Just take this into account in future.

firstly i would like to say is that i wrote on the thread that the bumper is in good condition and has few marks, if you werent happy then you should have asked for more close up pics, you can see few marks in the pics.

secondly when you recieved the bumper and you werent happy with it, you shouldnt have signed for it.

at the end of the day i never wrote it was mint, you get what you paid for. if you wanted a mint bumper then go to the dealers and stop exaggerating everything

I don't know anyone that tells the delivery man to wait while they open the package and inspect it so as to see if they want to keep it or not....

the only reason Mitch started the thread was because you were ignoring him,you could have tried to come to an amicable arrangement that suited both yourself and Mitch.:nice:

on a side note,at least you did send the bumper, would recommend packing it up a bit better though as it might have been a bit worse condition than when you sent it as mitch mentioned there was one layer of bubble wrap on it.

l tried saying l wanted to check an item once before l signed for it and the delivery man said l could'nt do that! Said he'd have to take it away and l could'nt have it if l wanted to check it before l signed for it lol I was quickly on the phone to his company ( DHL l think? ) and got an apology... Delivery drivers, hmmmmm bit naughty l think...
