Bought a bit off him, and Royal Mail screwed him up, but he luckily had another one knocking about so he sent me a replacement at HIS cost and is chasing a claim from Royal Mail. He also followed up with me via PM to make sure it was all good, or else we would not have known Royal Mail had "misplaced" it.
Would definitely buy off him again and would definitely recommend using him.
