B18C Rod Bolt Torque Settings??

Alright people, i need to find out the torque setting for these. I know it says use a Stretch Gauge but i'm unable to get hold of one apart from the APR one which is £150 Is it actually possible to torque them to a setting which wont cause any problem? Or even some place where you could hire one.

yup, torque them to the specs in that link i sent you mate from evans, cant mind what they were off the top of my head
