b18 REBUILD FOR A TRACK/HILCLIMB CAR ?

doing a project at the mo and when im finished that i want to build a EG or EK track car with a b18 and cage stripped out etc

what would you recmoned as for pistons crank springs retainers full build

can you but kit for it with ever thing and if so what BHP would you be looking at

and a ECU ?
 
What is your goal? How much power do you want? What does your top speed need to be?
 
If it is a hillclimb/short course car you are building then i would be more concerned about high revving reliabilty rather than BIG power....

If i were you i would look to run....
-Standard jdm B18C
-Full exhaust/intake
-M-factory full close gear kit
-Lightened flywheel
-Mechanical plate type LSD

Save your money for a decent suspension setup, most track/hillclimb comes down to driver ability, as the saying goes.... anyone can drive a fast car but not everyone can drive a car fast :)
