Hi ek9.org.. I just want to ask your ipinions guys about the stock b16b rods. how much psi or hp can support the b16b rods? Im planning to turbo my b16b using stock rods and crank, i will just drop a 9:1 comp ration wiseco piston. What would be the limit in terms of boost and power.

I think they will hold around 375whp as long as you keep the rpm below 9000, you can always upgrade them with ARP rod bolts and have them shot peened. OEM rods are forged, the problem is they are very skinny

No problem, what are your plans for turbo? Do you have a horsepower goal?
I will keep it 1600cc stock internal except the piston, i will use an evo8 oem turbo and taiwan intercooler. Crome chip p30 ecu.
