B16 Engine Re-build Torque settings

Everything seems to be for D-Series engines, there is a B18 section but I don't know if there the same settings?

Haynes manual? If you dont have one, I do. I can tell you what they are if you tell me what settings you want?

Haynes Manual? If you dont have one, I do. If you tell me exactly what settings you want I can tell you them?

Cheers Lucas, Thanks for the offer but I've just bought a copy of the 4050 Haynes manual with the settings in
