Auto to manual swap question (intake manifold)

hi, i'm just in the process of collecting parts for my audto-manual tranny swap. i've got B16a5 engine with came with auto box only. i read on some forum (sohchonda)that it is also necessary to swap intake manifold - auto to manual one. i think this might be true for D series engines, but does it also apply to B series engine swaps? any info will be apreciated.

Why swap intake manifold? Don't make sense, should only be usual bits like gearbox engine mount pedals and ecu.

Apparently because manual has 2 wire iac valve and auto has 3. And with manual ecu engine will be bouncing between 1.5 to 3.5k revs. This at least is the case on d16y engines. Also ecu will freak out and thro multiple auto tranny related cells. This is at least what I found online
