X2 I'm a Newcastle fan born n bred just the game is all about money at the min and now arsenal have sold the players such as nasri, fabregas he hasn't replaced them and they are world class players!!
 
Young scored some crackers, was well happy with the result. Should've scored more than 8 tbh.
 
Young was a great buy for man U worth every penny Rooney is just world class they walked the ball around arsenal defence

Best day to be a Utd fan in a while!!! Do feel sorry for them tho, walcott,van persie and wilshire are the only quality players they have left, the rest wouldnt get on any top 6 side!!
 
Yeah, totally agree. Thing i dont get is, yeah, we played well, but Arsenal were crap. If you watched the after match commentry, Neville was spot on, we played well, but we'll have games where we're playing a team that isn't as big, we'll play amazing, and only win 1-0. And thats because the other team will actually play as a team.
 
i slit my wrists for every goal arsenal conceded :( haha but on the serious note. arsenal ladies won the title WHO ARE YA haha :p
 
im arsenal fan and i wanted them to loose tbh, because if he win with that team he put out he wouldn,t bother signing but saying that 8-2 is embarasing.
For united fan i dont see you guys playing against barcelona that way in the champ league final.
 
some performance from man utd likes, such as young team aswell and looked like they had been playing together for years!
Dzeko for man city played no bad aswell lol

i cant see wenger signing anyone "big" in the next few days. hazard, kaka.. dont think so. cahill if we are lucky :(

haha it's a bit of deja vu from arsenal's youngsters in the carling cup back from a couple of years back.. and man city.. they've just basically put the football manager money cheat on :angry:

First arsenal as a poor defece.you call rooney as a world class, not for me. when you have messi,ronaldo,iniesta,xavi.etc rooney was no where to be found at the champ league final except the goal he score he was ball watching.
 
I love arsenal and have since I was 4 years old but the game today was so embarassing and painful to watch but I really do hope that Wenger learns that he cannot win anything without spending big on players, it's sad to see but these days the good teams are the ones with the most money :angry:
 
If a big club like Arsenal is struggling to compete with the big oligarch owned clubs of today then there is a serious problem in the game of football. It's fast turning into a joke. Players getting paid £200k a week is destroying the game for all fans; not just Arsenal fans. Today we witnessed a man sticking to his principles by not bowing to the pressures of players demanding obscene wages. He got destroyed on the pitch but it highlights that there is something wrong in the game today.
 
i agree 100% with whats said above teams like man city buying players at 40million a go and paying them ridiculous wages is going to ruin the game of football, look at teams like man u bringing in a load of youngsters as well as buying one or two qaulity signings thats how it should be done
 
Yes j agree with that it's the same as Chelsea in my eyes they have bought there way up the league for years man u are the only top side with a load of British talent also and bridging aload of the youngsters up to play professional football man city are ridiculous there going to be no competition if it carries on
 
Arsene is a great manager, no doubt but he needs experienced young players, not just young players, I can not understand his logic, Paul Merson had it bang on Sat morning, he said it could embarrasing. he needs 3 world class players.

did you guys see the wages Samuel Etoo is on with a russian team.............£350,000 a week after tax. he will get 60 million over 4 years i think. crazy
