Armrests?

Has anyone fitted an armrest to their ek9 or have any pics of fitted armrests?

And do all EK armrests fit the 9 or whats the deal?

Also wondering does the handbrake and armrest bit meet up with the gearstick part ok?

all ek arm rests fits the same mate ive got a jordan one in my 4 would fit a 9 perfectly

I've heard that ek9 recaros don't allow much room for an armrest and causes it to rub the seats? It's certainly the case in my car!

there isnt much room but i have seen them fit before maybe just a show piece?

I'm thinking of getting rid of my armrest. It's not there for show peice, just a really useful compartment!

Yeh I had a look last night and looks like itd be a tight squeeze cos of the seats. Looks like I'll have to get it measured up.

mohibul does it look ok even though its tight and does it actually serve its purpose?

I'll get u a pic of how mine looks, i'll go out and take one for you right now For me it definitely does serve it's purpose, very useful!

The armrest makes contact with the drivers seat but I think thats because I have modded rails and drivers side seat sits closer to the armrest.

They come standard in most coupes as far as i know! very handy compartment indeed..

mine gets in the way when driving aggressively, on track. Stay away from this tempting upgrade/downgrade if your going to be on any track.

hiya guys n gals
wel im a newbie on here, but i could be a help to you with your Interiors, as im a car trimmer, (thats a commercail upholster to then not in the no) so that armrest is just a doddle, oh and why isnt it red like the seats?
