AP1 rear brake conversion

Someone already made ​​the conversion of rear brake to the AP1 rear calipers?
Here is some size of rotors information that I found:

# Diameter: 282.0 mm
# Thickness: 12.0 mm
# Minimum Thickness: 10.0 mm
# Height: 40.0 mm
# Bore Diameter: 64.0 mm
# Number of wheel studs: 5
# Number of locating studs: 0

So my doubt are

The calipers fits in the ek4 rear knuckle?
Whith this sizes of the disc is just redrill and bolt on all the pieces?
