anyone owned know about this ek9? also knocking while turning.

hi, just brought a ek9 with reg T220 ORP
was just wondering if anyone has owned or know anything about it cheers..


also i have a knocking when turning but it is only every now and then and only when power is on at slow speeds. also doesn't do it in reverse.. not sure if it could be a drive shaft as it doesn't continually do it as im turning.. any help what to look at would be appreciated.
 
Tie rod ends would be louder at speed than going slow usually, from the sounds of it this noise can't be heard at speed.

Get some pics up of the car in the members ride section Danny :clap:
 
hi, i imported the and owned the car since 2008. The knocking is no problem.It has a racing LSD.You need to change the gearbox oil for the motul lsd oil with additives. It helps the diff slip easier so no clonking at corners.cheers
 
As above danny, sounds like you're lucky enough to have a plated diff installed.

It should only knock/jump at slow speeds with a couple of turns of the wheel mate

Was this the car I originally put through SVA test for you remo?
