Anybody know what wrong??


I once melted the jumpwires when jumpstarting my car with a Vauxhall/Opel :eek: Turned out that black on the battery was + and brown was negative :nono: :confused:

i dunno i'd say a good 2 days hahaha. cheers for the help, we will c in a few days when my petrol goes down if i have the problem. car is startin a lot quicker with the new battery anyway so... hopefully
 
Thank goodness its sorted out...on a full tank that is. lol.

I am about to change over to a dry cell battery due to excessive engine vibration [hard motor mounts]. A standard battery seems to last only about 2 years in my civic, or less.

Did the same with a full wire tuck, cost €125 shame its hid under the dash
 
take out tha fuel pump an make sure the filter sponge lookin thing is on there cause it happened to one of our customer cars and that was the problem

. . . how does the filter being missing on the end of the fuel pump cause it not to intake fuel?
 
seems like the problem is fixed thanks for all the help....got voltage tested on battery and was dead low, got a new one and havent got a problem since..... sorry bout being stuborn bout the battery at the start u were right all along hahah cheers
