Heading up to Aberdeen next week, for a week to do offshore courses!

Any guidance of where to eat or see, maybe meet up see some good roads etc! Never been before I know a few ppl on here or up that neck of the woods!

I always end up eating in union square (shopping centre-the upstairs is a food hall place) this place is directly connected to the train station so all is good. Also they now have a TGI Fridays :D
 
What kind of food do you like, i might be able to recommend some good places.
Union Square is easy for food if your close by, It has a Yo Sushi, TGI Fridays, Nando's (great chicken)

There's a fair amount of us up here with ek9's would other's be up for a mini meet?

As for good roads for a blast & Vtec, i just enjoy a good run up the Cairn 'O' Mount.
 
might be heading over to aberdeen in a few weeks times. hopefully staying around banchory. all depends if i land a job overthere! :nerv:
 
Cheers for info mate! Should really only be dinner as i get breakfast in the hotel and possibly lunch at the course! Not that fussy an eater, just dont like sushi haha!!

Im staying at the great western so i think im quite central,

I would be up for a mini meet or something while im up if we can get some numbers going!! will put a post up and see if there's any interest!:)

Can anyone tel me where the hell a car wash is been driving round in what looks like circles haha , and a shell garage ! I'm on great western road
 
There is a few around Aberdeen dude, There is a car wash on riverside drive called Arc then there is a jet wash across the river.

If you go to google maps and put:

S Esplanade W to N Esplanade W/A956 you should be able to see the arc car wash on riverside drive and the jet wash is the other side of the river if you use street view.

Shell garages there is one on anderson drive up near the hospital, there are 2 in altens aswell.

Hope that helps you out.
