96 civ strange idle and acceleration

Hi all, in need of some info. For the past month my car wont accelerate, when i hit the gas my rpms jump between 2-3k and the car jerks. I think theres a sensor going bad but have no frickin clue, all it does it ba ba ba ba and jerks, i can barely drive it, would this be a bad tps? I unplugged it and it still does it so maybe not, i have a 96 zc/y7 hatch. Anything u guys have in mind to try i will. I cant have my car go down i dont have another auto running yet, my 240sx aint ready to drive. I can try to post a video of what it does, also just sitting at home at idle it will jump erratic.

It only backfires when it starts to trip out

iacv sounds like a possiblity but the dizzy sounds more likely. mine does something similar when its really cold. but the iacv needs cleaned bad. infact it runs better unplugged..?!

Yes, iacv was cleaned about a week and half ago when the motor was out.

Will do, what exactly should i be testing? The icm? Coil? Cuz today on my way to work i didnt have 1 hiccup it ran great but im by the time i get out today and fire her up she prolly wont like me haha
