I've decided I want more power in my EK9 so my current engine setup and some other nice bits are for sale.

NOTHING will be sold until the engine itself is sold and the engine won't be removed from the car until payment is recieved.

Here goes then:

The Engine:

B18C4 Motor
B18C5 crank
Eagle Rods
JE 12.5:1 pistons
ACL race bearings
B18C5 oil pump
Baffled Sump
B18C5 Valves
Buddyclub Valve springs
Skunk2 Retainers
Buddyclub spec IV cams
Buddyclub cam gears
Skunk2 Inlet manifold port matched to the head
B18C5 Throttle body
RC310cc injectors
B18C5 fuel rail
B&M FPR
Mugen 4-1 exhaust manifold (needs a dent pulling out of one of the pipes)

I'm running the engine using a Hondata S300 tuned by Mase. It made 176whp in the last car it was fitted in (an EK3 built by Civic_kenny)
The engine has circa 10k miles, it uses no oil and has had 4 oil changes in the 4k miles ive had it.

I want £1900 delivered for the engine which will be complete with ITR rocker cover, standard plug cover, Vtec solenoid

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

S80 Gearbox with 4.7fd:

No crunches, fresh MTF when I fitted it to my car 4k miles ago

£500 delivered or will px with an S9B

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

B series Carbon Fibre rocker cover:

I bought this off ebay a couple of weeks ago and am basically after what I paid for it as I can't use it with the engine i'm planning on using

£175 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

J's Racing Carbon Fibre intake

In excellent condition with just a few small surface scratches on the chamber which will polish out.

£110 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

EK hatch INVO AUTO full Titanium Cat Back exhaust:

This is by far the best built, best engineered exhaust i've ever had, its got a really nice sound to it and due to it being made from full Titanium it weighs chuff all.
I bought the exhaust off ebay and have done about 2k miles with it fitted to the car.

New these were near enough £1000
I want £350 delivered for this one including gaskets, bolts etc

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

EK hatch Kakimoto N1 catback exhaust:

I bought this exhaust off John Fallon when I had my ITR. I sold the exhaust to a mate and ended up buying it back when he decided to sell his DC2 as I wanted to fit it to my EK9. I had it modified to fit the EK9 and it fits perfectly.
The exhaust runs under the fuel tank but I never had any trouble with it scraping the ground even though my EK9 is pretty low. Its got some scrapes on the section where it runs under the tank from when John had it and from when it was fitted to my ITR. This doesn't really affect its performance in any way and its by far the best sounding exhaust Ive ever owned (hence me buying it twice)

I want £250 delivered for this. Its really easy to re-modify it to fit a DC2 as all you need to do is weld in 3" of pipe in the backbox section.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adjustable De-Cat

2.5" adjustable de-cat in used but good condition

£40 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

ITR/EK9 fitment EBC drilled and grooved discs and yellowstuff pads

Had these fitted to my car for about 800 miles so they are still like new. Only selling as i've bought a set of Wilwood 4 pots with discs and pads instead

£150 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

EK9/ITR Calipers and carriers

Painted Hammerite gold off a 40k mile car

£80 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

B series carbon/kevlar plug cover

Not in the best of conditions die to the gel coat cracking around the mounting holes. I'm sure someone could repair this without a problem even though its still useable in its current condition.

£20 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 x 16"x7" Volk Rays TE-37 in white with a 45 offset

In good condition with very minimal curbing.

£75 delivered

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 x Racing hart Type C's in 16"x7" with a 45 offset I think

All 4 wheels are in need of a refurb and i've split one of them already. I have all 4 center caps but only 3 of the nuts that hold the caps on. The caps look very similar to the old TSW center caps but I haven't had the opportunity to test fit one yet. The wheels have a silver center with a polished lip and are 3 piece split rims. They are multistud fitment with both 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 so suitable for all ITR's, MB6's and Preludes

I'm after £150 delivered

------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 x 205-45-16 Cut Slicks

£80 delivered

------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 x Compomotive MO in 16"x7" 4x114.3

Bought it in error through ebay, needs a refurb.

£10 delivered

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I may have missed some bits and bobs out so i'll add things as I go along. The new engine is sat waiting in a workshop so there's no time limit as to when bits will be removed from the car but I want the engine sold before anything else goes.
Pics of parts will be up later but if you want specific pics of anything just ask.

Cheers
Nick

Pics can be found HERE

RR Printout from when the engine was in civic_kenny's car. I transplanted everything over in one go from the accident damaged EK3 it all used to be in.

Whats the b18 with this setup like out on the road compared to a stock ek9 with a b16b dude?

It drives super smooth, the cams are incredible when you hit 5800rpm. The engine returns 40mpg on a run (i went to the Goodwood FOS and clocked the trip and calculated the mpg once i'd got home)

Its a far more driveable setup than the b16b, the extra torque the b18 gives makes a huge difference to day to day driving and its a lot easier to drive fast as you don't have to rag the tits off it like you do the B16B (although you can still rag the tits off it if you want ;) )

The only reason i'm selling it is because i've got my eye on a 300+ hp turbo setup and the engine etc needs to go to fund it.

Any more questions just ask and i'll answer as best I can.

Nick

Plus when you consider the amount you get back for a b16b when you sell it the upgrade to the b18 i'm selling won't actually cost you as much as you'd think which is mainly why I did it in the first place. Although I was just going to drop a stock B18 swap in but got a bit carried away :p
